1. Cancellation Policy

1.1 Cancellation by Participant

  • Short-Term Courses/Workshops: If you wish to cancel your enrollment in a short-term course or workshop, you must submit a written request via email to  dduyss.delhi@gmail.com at least 7 days before the course or workshop start date to be eligible for a refund.
  • Long-Term Programs: For long-term programs, such as diploma or certification courses, cancellation requests must be submitted 15 days prior to the commencement of the program to be eligible for a refund.
  • Late Cancellations: If you cancel your enrollment after the above-mentioned deadlines, no refund will be provided.

1.2 Cancellation by Deen Dayal Upadhayay Yog Sikshan Sansthan

We reserve the right to cancel any course, workshop, or program due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient enrollment. In such cases:

  • A full refund will be issued to all participants who have paid the course fees.
  • Participants will be notified of the cancellation via email or phone at least 5 days before the scheduled start date.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Eligibility for Refund

  • Full Refund: You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your enrollment as per the guidelines mentioned in the cancellation policy.
  • Partial Refund: In certain cases, a partial refund may be granted if cancellation is requested after the deadline but prior to the start of the program. This will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
  • No Refund: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the course or program has started.

2.2 Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7-10 business days from the date of approval of your refund request.
  • Any applicable transaction fees, bank charges, or service fees may be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Registration Fees: Any non-refundable registration or administrative fees associated with a course or program will not be refunded under any circumstances.
  • Materials and Resources: Costs related to study materials, books, or other resources provided as part of the course are non-refundable once they have been delivered or accessed.

4. Special Cases

In the case of medical emergencies or other extraordinary situations that prevent you from participating in a course or program, we may consider offering a refund or credit towards future enrollment on a case-by-case basis.
